Doch warum haben wir Liechteneckers dann eigentlich noch keinen Messenger Assistenten?\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch2>Was bisher geschah\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Genau diese Frage habe ich mir vor drei Wochen zum ersten Mal gestellt und ich hatte keine passende Antwort parat. Natürlich sieht der Kundenservice bei einer kleinen Firma wie wir es sind anders aus als z.B. bei einer großen Versicherung, trotzdem können auch wir unsere digitalen Kunden-Touchpoints verbessern. Wir müssen hier mit gutem Beispiel vorangehen und unseren eigenen Chatbot bauen. Das machen wir aber nicht heimlich, still und leise, sondern gemeinsam mit dir. Ja, genau du bist gemeint!\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heute wird unser Chatbot \u003Ca href=\"https://m.me/liechteneckers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tim\u003C/a> veröffentlicht. Im Moment hat er nur eine Funktion, er wird aber im Zwei-Wochen-Zyklus mehr und mehr erlernen. Hier benötigen wir immer stark die Hilfe unserer Kunden, in diesem Fall sind das wir, denn nur sie kennen die Bedürfnisse ihrer Kunden.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cblockquote>\n\u003Cp>Ein Chatbot muss sich in die bestehende Servicelandschaft einer Firma integrieren.\u003C/p>\n\u003C/blockquote>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei uns sind speziell Telefon und E-Mail stark genutzte Kanäle, aber auch auf Facebook bekommen wir immer mehr Anfragen. Letzteres wird in den nächsten Jahren immer wichtiger werden und hier sehen wir viel Potential. Insgesamt soll unser Bot Interessenten die Chance geben uns kennenzulernen und erklären woran wir arbeiten.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch2>Integration in Servicelandschaft\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein Chatbot muss sich in die bestehende Servicelandschaft integrieren. Im zweiten Schritt muss man sich daher überlegen, wo er&nbsp;genau eingesetzt werden soll. Die wichtigsten Kanäle hier sind:\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Messenger (FB, Telegram, Skype, etc.)\u003C/span>\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Website\u003C/span>\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">App\u003C/span>\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da wir keine App haben, können wir den Punkt gleich ausschließen. Chatbots auf Webseiten sind extrem spannend. Besonders für große Firmen hat es viele Vorteile wenn die ganze Kommunikation über ihre eigenen Systeme läuft und nicht über Firmen wie Facebook. Das hat natürlich auch rechtliche Gründe. Weiters bieten Chatbots auf Webseiten die Möglichkeit, sie gezielt und spezialisiert auf Themenseiten einzusetzen. Der Bot muss nicht überall zu sehen sein, sondern kann auf bestimmten Seiten erscheinen, wo er gezielt helfen kann. Das war auch der Grund warum wir für Wüstenrot einen \u003Ca href=\"https://www.klickmal.at/mobilitaet/kfz-versicherung.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chatbot\u003C/a> auf ihrer Klickmal.at Seite platziert haben.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cblockquote>\n\u003Cp>Messenger dagegen sind relativ neue Kanäle und können traditionelle Kommunikationslandschaften erweitern.\u003C/p>\n\u003C/blockquote>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Man muss aber auch bedenken, dass man hier das komplette Chat-Interface selbst umsetzen muss, was natürlich viel mehr Aufwand ist, als wenn man bereits vorhandene Anwendungen wie Facebook Messenger verwendet. Auf der anderen Seite ist ein selbst gemachtes Chat-Interface natürlich maßgeschneidert auf die Bedürfnisse des Chatbots bzw. seiner Gesprächspartner.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Messenger dagegen sind relativ neue Kanäle und können traditionelle Kommunikationslandschaften erweitern. Sie sind extrem beliebt, etabliert und ihre Nutzer stellen oft eine neue Zielgruppe für Firmen dar. Die Kommunikation mit Firmen über Messenger wird in den nächsten Jahren immer stärker werden und bald alltäglich sein.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unsere Wahl fiel auf den Facebook Messenger, weil ein Chatbot hier schneller umzusetzen ist, als auf einer Website und der Kanal gut zu uns passt.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch2>Persönlichkeit\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Besonders wichtig bei jedem Chatbot ist der “Charakter”. Wie soll der Bot auftreten und mit seinen Nutzer interagieren? Das hängt natürlich ganz klar von der Firma und ihren Kunden ab. Wir sind eine freundliche, lustige Truppe und da muss die Persönlichkeit des Bots auch dazu passen. Klingt wenig? Ist es auch! Doch so können wir flott Resultate zeigen und ihr bekommt einen besseren Einblick in den Projektverlauf. Die Funktion ist nicht so aufwendig in der Umsetzung und passt auch gut zu uns, da uns unser Team sehr am Herzen liegt. Da der Chatbot später viel mehr können soll, ist es auch gar nicht so wichtig, womit wir beginnen. Step by step ist die Devise. Für den Nutzer muss klar ersichtlich sein, was möglich ist und was nicht.\u003C/span>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zu Beginn ist es vollkommen ok das Gespräch zu “führen” und wenig Freiheiten zu bieten. Das ist einfacher und hilft dem Nutzer beim kennenlernen des Bots. Wir fragen daher gleich zu Beginn, ob der Nutzer mit einem Menschen sprechen, oder ob er das Team kennen lernen möchte. Entscheidet er sich für einen Menschen, dann schicken wir eine Nachricht in unser Slack Team. So weiß jeder im Team gleich Bescheid.
