Mittlerweile ist schon fast jedem klar, dass Chatbots kein überschätzter Hype sind, sondern mehr dahinter steckt. Chatbots sind gekommen um zu bleiben! Trotzdem ist vielen noch immer nicht ganz klar was ein Chatbot eigentlich ist. Das wollen wir heute ändern.\u003Cbr>\n\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch2>\u003Cb>Chatbot – was bist du eigentlich?\u003C/b>\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie ich schon in meinem Artikel \u003Ca href=\"/die-chatbotconf-2016/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Die ChatbotConf 2016 in sechs Zitaten \u003C/a>\u003C/span>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&nbsp;kurz erwähnt habe, ist ein Chatbot streng genommen eine Applikation, die in einen Chat integriert ist. Bei Facebook Messenger z.B. eine integrierte FB App. Diese liest den Chat mit und kann, wenn gewünscht, auf Nutzer Nachrichten antworten.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daraus entstehen jetzt einige Möglichkeiten:\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Chatbot Applikation stellt eine Art Person / Roboter dar, der immer antwortet. Es gibt viele Arten und jeder ist für einen anderen Anwendungsfall geeignet. Das macht das ganze Thema etwas verwirrend. Er ist wie eine Zusatzfunktion die man im Chat Nutzen kann, wenn man möchte. Jeder kann hier selbst bestimmen, wie diese Hilfestellung aussehen soll und wie weit sie gehen soll. Für eine Firma die ein Produkt verkauft, wird diese Hilfe sicher anders aussehen, als bei einem News&nbsp;Chatbot. Schauen wir uns das gleich anhand zwei Beispielen an:\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Beispiel 1 – ORF Wahlbot\u003C/strong>\u003Cbr>\nDieser Chatbot hat während der (letzten) Bundespräsidentenwahl, seine Nutzer über&nbsp;aktuelle Nachrichten, Ergebnisse und Hochrechnungen informiert. Ich habe ihn abonniert,&nbsp;damit ich Neuigkeiten zur Wahl direkt geschickt bekomme. Die Kommunikation war demnach sehr einseitig.\u003Cbr>\n\u003Cstrong>Beispiel 2 – NELA\u003C/strong>\u003Cbr>\nUnser Chatbot NELA ist eine Lernhilfe. Durch simple, spannende Spiele versuchen wir dem Nutzer neue Vokabeln näher zu bringen. Hier ist eine Konversation in beide Richtungen notwendig.\u003Cbr>\n\u003Cstrong>Beide Chatbots bieten auf unterschiedliche Art einen Mehrwert an.\u003C/strong> Der ORF Wahlbot nutzt Facebook Messenger um Nutzer schnell zu informieren. NELA bietet eine Lernhilfe auf einem Kanal an (FB Messenger), den die meisten Nutzer schon integriert haben und daher keine zusätzlichen Apps installieren müssen.\u003Cbr>\n\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mir ist auch wichtig noch einmal zu erwähnen, dass ein&nbsp;Chatbot keine Person ersetzen kann und soll. Er ist ein Zuarbeiter, ein Unterstützer. Im Endeffekt geht es nur darum dem Kunden / Nutzer ein bessere Leistung bieten zu können und Automation ist ganz klar ein Teil davon.\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Ch2>Auch für Mitarbeiter\u003C/h2>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wir sehen viele Beispiele wo Chatbots die erste Front im Kunden-Support übernehmen und so die wichtigsten ersten Fragen beantworten können. (Bsp. \u003Ca href=\"http://www.myaustrianblog.at/2016/10/servus-im-the-myaustrian-messenger-service-14102016-de/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Austrian Airlines\u003C/a>)\u003C/span>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sie müssen aber nicht nur ein Kanal nach außen sein. Auch in Firmen selbst, können sie einen großen Mehrwert bieten. Besonders auf Slack gibt es dafür schon dutzende Beispiele. Wir verwenden z.B. eine Bitbucket Integration um den Projektfortschritt bei der Umsetzung unserer Projekte zu teilen. Sie kennen deinen Kalender und übernehmen die Kommunikation mit den Teilnehmern. Besonders in der Kundenbetreuung führt&nbsp;kein Weg an Chatbots vorbei.
